Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Mogu Mogu Onigiri Sydney, this Japanese-style Rice Lager celebrates the clean, comforting flavours of Japanese food culture — with a modern brewing twist.

Using Barrett Burston Pale Malt, Bintani Flaked Rice, and a carefully controlled infusion of kombu seaweed, we crafted a beer that is incredibly light and crisp, yet layered with subtle umami and savoury notes.
The kombu contributes gentle salinity, roundness, and depth, enhancing the natural malt sweetness without tasting marine or overpowering.

Delicate noble hops add a mild floral lift, while cool fermentation and extended lagering create a smooth, refreshing finish.

This is a beer designed to pair beautifully with onigiri, karaage, and everything served fresh from the Mogu Mogu kitchen.

Orders are not shipped on weekends. Please allow up to 48 hours for stock to transfer from our warehouse to the taproom. Courier delivery takes 2–3 business days depending on location.
Taproom pickup is available once you receive a “ready for collection” message.
